The Bell Let’s Talk campaign supports openly discussing mental illness through identification of its existence while providing support to those who are suffering from and continue to build resilience to endure daily challenges. Contact your health care provider to discuss your mental health symptoms. If you do not have a family physician, you can attend at a walk-in clinic or call Telehealth Ontario at 1-866-797-0000.
